We wanted to share an update regarding the platform degradation some users experienced earlier today.
We identified an issue affecting one of our cache layers, which became overloaded and started degrading. As a result, sandbox creation times increased significantly, and in some cases, requests timed out with the error message "Failed to place sandbox".
Our team mitigated the issue, and service performance has since recovered. We are continuing to monitor the platform closely to ensure stability.
We’re also taking additional preventive measures to improve resilience around this cache layer and reduce the likelihood of similar issues occurring in the future.
We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we worked through the issue.
